Vintage chorus in the Evening News

The Vintage Chorus had an early Christmas present with an article about us in today's Edinburgh Evening News. The article is based around the grant of £5,455 which we were fortunate enough to receive from the National Lottery Community Fund. This will allow us to keep the choir membership fees at their present level and will enable us to increase the number of our public performances. The article includes a quote from choir member Sylvia who describes how a good laugh and a good sing at the Vintage Chorus helped her through some challenging times. Musical director Wendy explains how the grant will help sustain the choir and hopefully help us attract new members.
